Keith Norden and Chris Wimsatt attended the IAMC 2018 Spring Professional Forum held in Savannah, Georgia in May. The group meets twice a year at separate professional forums which provide quality networking opportunities and in-depth programs allowing one-on-one meetings with some of the top corporate real estate executives in the country.
During the conference, Keith joined senior Enterprise Florida staff, Florida utility companies and select Florida communities in hosting 15 corporate end-users and top site selectors at a private dinner which offered networking opportunities. Companies represented included Air Products & Chemicals, Amazon, Ingersoll Rand and Lockheed Martin.
Keith Norden has been actively involved in IAMC since its formation in 2002 participating in their national and regional chapter meetings. The membership is limited to a select number of economic development organizations within each state, so to not overpower senior corporate decision makers and real estate executives. The regulated ratio of economic developers, service providers and consultants to end corporate users offers outstanding opportunities for Team Volusia to highlight the numerous attributes of Volusia County to those in attendance.
