Now, the Volusia County Council has approved another big change for the airport, a multi-million dollar renovation project by A.M. Weigel Construction, Inc.

A go-ahead on airport refurbishments is not the only exciting news to come out the Daytona Beach International Airport this month—the airport announced that it saw a 3.2 percent increase in traffic from March 2018 to March 2019.
