Security First

As part of the up-and-coming Ormond Crossings mixed-use development, Security First’s new headquarters expansion—at 100,000 square feet—will be a strong addition to the planned community, one of Ormond Beach’s latest and most elaborate projects. In addition to the expansion of Security First headquarters, a business park, lifestyle center, and residential areas are planned for this new destination, aptly envisioned by developers as a “live, work and play community” that promises exciting opportunities for growth and expansion in the months and years to come.

DaVita Labs

Located inland from the coast, in the city of DeLand, a 160,000-square-feet laboratory expansion of DaVita Labs will pave the way for the creation of 400 jobs. Its central location at the DeLand Municipal Airport is an especially prime spot, placed at a central thoroughfare of the Greater Daytona Region.

B. Braun

Through a $100 million investment, the medical device company B. Braun has acquired a 399,000-square-feet expansion in Daytona Beach. In addition to creating jobs, the expansion will allow B. Braun to further enjoy the advantages of operating in such a central location as Daytona Beach, where a choice environment and skilled, ever-growing talent pool are conducive to continued economic success.
